Matisse Love

of Marat Daukayev Ballet performed a solo, “Je Ne Regrette Rien,” set to a song by the same title by Edith Piaff, choreographed by Andi Schermoly.

Matisse Love competed in the Youth America Grand Prix World Ballet Competition, placing “Top 12” in LA, in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014, qualifying her to compete in the New York City World Finals. In 2014, she received 1st place for the pas de deux category, top 12 in Junior women’s contemporary and 3rd in the classical division. In 2012, she was awarded Grishko Rising Star and co-starred on 12 episodes of ABC Family’s TV show, Bunheads as Matisse.

Matisse is a sophomore and honor student at Beverly Hills High School. She has been a Ballerina at the Marat Daukayev School of Ballet for 9 years.
